To learn more on becoming an education provider, you can access the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TDLR) website: https://www.tdlr.texas.gov . If you are an approved provider and would like to request PTEC education materials, please complete a Notification of Course Offering and forward to PTEC. Once received, materials will be sent via Dropbox. Once class is over, email a copy of your TDLR confirmation page or list of students to PTEC within 10 days of the final day of class and we will invoice you for the fees. Include a listing of non-registrants that attended also.
If payment is not received (postmarked)timely, it may incur a $50.00 penalty per course for payments received 31-60 days following end of class. If payment is not received (postmarked) by the 60th day after course ends, a $100.00 penalty per course may be assessed. If you would like to remit payment by ACH, please contact Elisa Hand at execdir@ptectexas.org for instructions.
Notice to Providers: PTEC no longer requires a copy of your roster. Instead, we would like a copy of the confirmation page off the TDLR site after you upload the registrants to their system. If the student is not a registrant, please send a list of names.
Please note: PTEC material is copyrighted. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these materials without payment of licensing fees is an infringement of that copyright. This includes using the material for other purposes. It is the providers responsibility to make sure they have the most current revision of course material.
